1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process on betph03 and ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — specifically the betph03 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. betph03 does not accept deposits from third-party sources — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.

4.3 Currency

Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider if depositing or withdrawing through a non-PHP account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on betph03 — including JILI slot titles such as Fortune Gems, Super Ace, Money Coming, Golden Empire, and Crazy 777, as well as live dealer games and sports betting markets — operate according to their individual game rules published within the game interface or sports betting market descriptions.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the betph03 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods to fund a betph03 account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betph03 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses resulting from your failure to keep your betph03 login credentials secure, or from your voluntary disclosure of account details to a third party.

betph03's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk and that betph03 does not guarantee that you will win any amount or recover any amount deposited. All bets placed on betph03 are made at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause limits betph03's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
